This order form is for a made-to-order mug with artist designed images, gold rim and details (may be decals or background gold around image), and print transfers and/or decals on both sides of mug. This is a highly embellished mug with multiple layers and firings to achieve the surface design and details.

Mug will feature glazing as specified by customer and 2 or more print transfers, plus 22k gold rim. If choosing more than 2 print images, additional gold details (such as gold decals or gold accents other than rim) will be extra.
